flexible hours, easy. fun when you work with decent people

Cons

managers on power trips,crappy hours, crappy pay, Not ashamed to show favortism.Having to ask customers for credit cards that have an interest rate of 26% hard to say with a straight face.

Pros

They are very flexible with hours. I worked their while I was in high school and in my first two years of college. They were very understanding with my schedule and how it often needed to be adjusted.

Cons

General retail customer complaints and upper management pushes their TJX Credit Cards too much and makes unattainable quotas with them.

Friendly managers, associates. Will try their best to work with your schedule.

Cons

High expectations with low pay. Upper managers pressure store managers to all levels of stress and it does carry out onto all other associates. It can be stressful that's not worth the pay.
