Work varies day by day. Insurance coverage (BCBS) is excellent. Coworkers feel like family.

Cons

I've been at the same location for 22 years but minimum wage increases have outpaced every raise I've ever gotten so I'm still making minimum wage despite 22 years.

Very unprofessional management team. I was never trained my whole time there. Everyone that worked there learned the job by asking questions, watching others, or by making mistakes.
