Entry level co-workers are easy to work with and always friendly towards one another.

Cons

Employers, especially assistant manager treat employees poorly and are very eager to replace an employee for the slightest of infraction. Especially during the holidays when the store is at it’s busiest, employers push new credit card accounts on unsuspecting customers and threaten employee with their jobs if they don’t meet their desired account openings. It’s demoralizing and unnecessary added stress to employees who already have enough work to do in an already fast paced work environment.
