It's good for those who want a flexible schedule

Cons

They promise that you will have more hours but that doesn't happen, the person is already part time and they still cut the hours and keep hiring. There is a lot of favoritism and if you don't please them they will punish you by cutting your hours and preventing you from taking any available shifts.
