      Good Pension, Medical Insurance, ability to work bank holidays

      Cons

      Non-contractual bonus', unsupportive management, not enough room in the office, doesn't embrace a modern working culture, gender pay gap is alive and well. Salary is terrible Just don't do it!

      Get all the PTO for the year on Jan 1st Could be a great job depending on your supervisor/manager Most colleagues are willing to assist, as it is a very team orientated job

      Cons

      Buddy buddy system, won't get promoted unless you know someone. Almost have to be friends with the person to get promoted Wrong supervisor/manager can make this a horrible job (lots of them are this way), as all they care about is numbers
