A while after leaving I can say with full confidence this was one of the worst places I’ve ever worked. I regret not leaving sooner. The managers were not interested in advancing careers of their team and it was a consistent revolving door. It was really about how much work you can produce and continuously doing work outside of your scope without proper recognition or compensation. The benefits are not good and continued to get worse over time, the healthcare plans are terrible, you get a lot of leave but you can’t take it because you’re overloaded with work. You had career Marsher’s who had no idea how to talk to people. Don’t get me started on the pay and how it couldn’t even meet the standard of living. If you’re looking at working at marsh and you don’t look like the standard, RUN.

I and my team had a very bad experience in terms of support from HOD. We had a great team of 6 people this includes Directors. All of them have resigned and now its just one person who is left in the org and is struggling over there. If you are getting an opportunity in Cyber Risk Consulting team which is under Knowledge Services vertical, kindly do not go in the team even they are ready to give you a higher package.
