      Big company experience that's a stepping stone for future opportunities

      Cons

      Overly competitive, cliquish, toxic environment. Too many people with VP in their title. They aim to pay their employees in the 50th percentile, underpay. Frequent mass layoffs, often right after Christmas. Much less diversity in upper management, mostly White males.

      There weren’t any pros at all.

      Cons

      Low pay, Pays for sick time but you get written up for using more than 2 sick days a year. Outsourced our jobs to India and made us think we would still have jobs but then let people go.
