      Pros

      MMA provides the tools and software to do your job efficiently. The culture is great Md they pride themselves on diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Company could do more for remote workers as there are lots of activities for employees based with in the Chicago area not many perks for remote workers. Health benefits are sub par. Copay plans should be offered. Not everyone wants an HSA.

      Pros

      The mobility provided by the Graduate programme is very cool ans gives you the possibility to observe multiple work realities. However, the rules are not that strict and you might end up not rotating of your boss doen't want you to or, on the contrary, rotate in a short time if your team doesn't find you a good match, this can be both positive and negative.

      Cons

      During your first two rotations, you might not be considered a good investment for training to grow your responsibilities, since the bosses already know that you will be going away sooner or later.
