      Can't keep talent

      Pros

      I work with some great people. The work is fun and challenging.

      Cons

      I'm considered top talent in my area yet I can't seem to get a promotion that comes with an actual pay increase. I have posted for several jobs over the last 9 months and have not received a response either way. Applications just go into a black whole. Not progressive with work from home options. We are losing people because we haven't caught up to what the work force is being offered in the market and our MD "doesn't believe in it". Seems to be a lack of communication within the division. Leaders who aren't held accountable.

      Most employees are like robots that agree with all that management says and talk bad behind their backs after they agreed with their ideas

      Pros

      Variety, its a big firm with lots happening. They have some good ciients and offerings. They are respected in the marketplace and have a number of things in motion at anyone time. Geographically spread out too.

      Cons

      Excessive work hours with an expectation to work late in the evenings and weekends. No clear strategy, once you've served your usefulness, you're surplus to demand. Highly political and clicky, if you are not in with the In crowd, then your time is limited. If you fit in with the click, then you'll do well.
