Pros

Marsh offers a great benefit package and once was a great place to work.

Cons

Once the higher ups decided that to save money jobs needed to be outsource the company went downhill fast. The management team stop talking with employees on future plans, the quality of work went down and reports were being made that did NOT show the correct outcome or progress just to show their decisions were correct.

A company with enormous potential and great client base but hampered by territorial attitude and behaviours.

Flexible but demanding work. Great client base. Decent salary and bonus potential. Some excellent colleagues nationally and internationally. Potential to develop as cutting edge company.

Cons

Over emphasis on sales to the detriment of client service in longer term. Greater need to work with exisitng client base especially for expanded services. Serious failure to leverage and share the knowledge within, with some noteable exceptions such as Higher ed practice. Territorial mindset seriously hampers business and career development...
