      Pros

      Depending which OpCo you work in there is good work life balance and laid back culture.

      Cons

      I have been consistently told the pay is not up to market and there are always budget cuts effecting salaries, work load and hiring freezes.

      Pros

      Overall, the company was a good company with a positive reputation. They hired good, hard-working people who are goal-oriented.

      Cons

      I don't think all of management appreciated their employees fully. They seem to go through a period of laying off people every year, which questions why they hire additional people in the first place. Usually, it's due to budget cuts and not job performance.
