Good pay. Great benefits. Work from home opportunities.

Cons

It was my first job after college. The calls are non-stop. You can't move from your desk. Everything is timed down to the second, including bathroom breaks. Calls are monitored and scored. There is no down time and this type of job carries a high burn out rate. I was miserable for two years. High stress. Little support.

Thank you for the feedback. While being in such a structured and disciplined environment is really a good learning experience, it shouldn't be this stressful. We need to do better.

Nothing is very strict, if you have experience and skills you can do what you like, it's a comfortable place of work.

Cons

I don't know anyone who has had good reviews and pay rise in the last few years. Even if an individual employee does well, if the company wide results are not great no one gets a raise.No
