      MMA was a great company to work for as well as a great company to begin to learn about the health care and benefits industry.

      Cons

      I really did not experience any cons working at MMA. The only thing that they could upgrade is the whole work environment.

      Great way to get on the ladder

      Pros

      Great place to start in IT and the pay decently. Not too mention awesome health benefits.

      Cons

      Loses its challenge fast and felt it was to political to move up the ladder. Solid job though.

      Solid company, relatively laid back environment. No issues, but each experience will vary based on the relationship with your manager.

      Cons

      Typical issues, de-centralized information coming from all over the place. Requires a lot of self study to understand the mechanics of the job.
