      Pros

      Great benefits, plenty of PTO, good salary (except raises) no micro management, great teamwork and nice office.

      Cons

      My position was "eliminated". In reality it went to India. Job is paperless so the only thing the company was looking to do was save a few bucks in wages. A company with 14+ billion revenue would rather have cheap labor than keep good loyal employees. I have seen so many good employees laid off. I was hoping to retire from Marsh in a few years. Now I am looking for another job.

      Pros

      This company is a great place to work. Fantastic benefits and a great work-life balance. Smart people and not too political. Tons of vacation time and separate sick days makes it very accommodating. Subsidized cafeteria makes lunch cheap, and in-building gym is super convenient. Super stable environment and company. Great for someone not looking for a crazy lifestyle.

      Cons

      I didn't find any cons, except for the slow pace - at times it can be inert. Bonuses didn't increase, nor did salaries.
