Pros

Met a lot of great people. Large organization that offers tuition reimbursement. Offers a great work life balance. Opportunities to travel exist and it's not a very stressful environment.

Cons

You feel like a cog in a wheel and your day to day tasks are not attached to anything meaningful or significant. If you want an office job that's 9-5, this works but not if you're an ambitious person who wants to "move the needle".
