Business Outlook
Pros
There's good and bad to every job, but overall my time at Marsh was worth it and beneficial to me in my career. They trained me how to be a better business person and turned me into a professional. I now own my own business in a totally unrelated field but I believe part of my success comes from things I learned at Marsh.
Cons
It can be hard at times, too much work and high pressure. In my experience this work environment can be very hard on employees who are not up to a challenge. Very little training, it's sink or swim.
