There are five principles that define a way of doing business that recognizes the individual and a responsible way of conducting business.
Cons
The company is not being run by the family anymore; the new CEO is just like all the others. They have employed Jack Welch's drop the bottom 10% every year (stupid). They have reorganized almost every other year in some misguided thought process that you can replace leadership with HR policies. Mike Murphy was the last decent CEO and he left 10 years ago.
