      Pros

      Great company to work for overall. Supportive network of people who are always willing to help. Wide variety of jobs within the business so if you're always looking for something new or just working your way up you have a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      Your manager really makes your work experience- some are great and others are harder to work for. Recently the business went from some roles being hybrid to all roles being full time at the office.
