      Pros

      Great brands. Great people. I was proud of the quality products we produced and would still buy the product vs the competition.

      Cons

      Relied too heavily on the power of the big brands. Needs to live in the real world and stop focusing on downsizing to make budget. They have lost too many quality people in the recent years.

      Pros

      Good Salaries, Very capable people and a very horizontal employee structure.

      Cons

      Well, now that we are Wrigley (well i was from Mars and know the sugar bussines is Wrigley) there is a uncertainty for the future, we are Mars, but at the same we are other company. The company spared too much with IT expenses, but meaby thats only in Mexico.

      No matter the level of your position, your opinion counts! Highly appreciate a democratic way of making decisions, at Mars an associate has a widest range of possibilities to express his/her creativity and ideas

      Cons

      Location - mostly, all Mars big sites are not in the capitals or big cities but in small. But it was a cons for me, lots of people love it
