      As a TSM you are on the road, every day is different, ability to make own schedule.

      Cons

      Work/life balance...There is a lot of work required and if you have a family it can be tough to balance.

      - Poor and not motivating recognition - No job opportunities for specialists (only entry-level positions) - Unfair promotions - Non-professional managers
