      Pros

      People at Wrigley are progressive, but not leading edge; they're conservative, but not myopic or closed-minded. I've found they're open to new ideas, but not the fastest to move on them. The Mars acquisition will continue to bring change, methinks.

      Cons

      Wrigley doesn't move very fast, and as a company they're not agile. Quite a bit of innovative and creative thinking happens with the products, but that buzz doesn't make it all the way into the general workforce.

      Strong brands Decent compensation Family company Some people with great knowledge but less and less as many competent professionals are leaving the company

      Too much politics Cutting cost to the bone (meat is long gone) Doing the work of 2-3 Promotions not based on knowledge or results Constant re-organizations
