Pros

Bright people, good business performance (even during economic downtimes), good pay and benefits. Open culture.

Cons

Going through tremendous global change which can be challenging at times. While pay is good, be prepared to carry a diverse and heavy workload. If you are looking for work/life balance, probably not the company for you.

Pros

Progressive work environment, diviersified staff, good pay.

Cons

Many managers are promoted simply because they ask for it, the compnay is very top heavy. In my four years I found that Head Office was filled with those chasing titles on a business card. If you happen to win the favour of the President, you are untouchable and can get want you want. All others simply pander. With a President as progressive as the current (L.M.) one would assume that the compnay would look for new innovative leaders and solutions. But everything reverts back to the almighty dollar and creating a fantasty world for the Mars family to live in. (i.e. we spent 26K in one week "prepping" a market for a family member visit, to which they thought we were market leaders. After they left we had to explain why our sales are so low compared to the in-market presence). Mentor program is a joke. Mentors only worked with High performing individuals that can help their own image.
