      Pros

      They value relationships, your individuality. The career you want is nurtured at Mars by the five principles in which they lead their business units. They are the basis of the culture and by which all decisions are made, they provide excellent work life balance, and future career growth.

      Locations and jobs are in the manufacturing sector

      Mars was a great place to work and have a career. Unfortunately they moved to Nashville, TN.

      Pros

      Mars culture was interesting. There was both an independent work style in your own work, but also a collaborative work place in working with cross functional teams. It is essentially a matrix organization. I really enjoyed working with so many smart people.

      Cons

      Like any work place, there were a few people that were not nice, or fun to work with - but they typically didn't last very long.
