      Pros

      We are called "associates", not "employee" ! The level of responsibility, quality of work is very high. Safe, healthy environment to work.

      Cons

      Multiple culture, associates come from so many countries in the world. That's why some time we have different ways of working, different standards, then some time we have conflict, arguments. But after all, we sat together and be open, give feedback and we solve our problem.

      Micro managed/False sense of security

      The benefits are pretty good but

      Cons

      Too much micro managing. No work/life balance. No overtime pay for working weekends. Short on staffing in some areas leaves little or no time for breaks.
