      Pros

      There is a gym, beautiful new LEED certified building, Herman Miller furniture, nice cafeteria, and flexible summer hours. Working and learning environment is really nice, it is easy to influence positive change, and working for a small segment has helped me quickly become very business savvy.

      Cons

      You will wear more than one hat and you will never get rich working for a private corporation.

      Pros

      I worked for Symbioscience as a summer associate and had a great experience. I had a challenging but rewarding project and amazing exposure to senior leadership at Mars. I may not have enough context to speak to whether this is a good place to work long term, but after looking at reviews on glassdoor want to caution that the negative perspectives look to be written by the same person.
