Marriott benefit, discount, and friendly coworkers

Cons

Though part of marriott you wouldn't know it from the culture. Too many Disney rejects that never learned or appreciated the Marriott culture. poor management decisions were not adequately accounted for. When layoffs occurred, two staff level people who did the work would get laid of instead of a manager.

I enjoyed working with the people and helping people enjoy their vactactions. I was front line and the first person they meet to began there week off. enjoyed my time

Cons

i cant find any true downsides of the company, its just like any other company. I cant say anythign negative bc i would work for them again. enjoyed my time
