Great place to be for guests and employees alike!

My property has a family feel to it and not once have I dreaded coming to work because of who I was going to see that day. Management is easy to talk to and open to new ideas and ways of improving our guests experiences. For anyone who cares about growing with the company and is proactive, the opportunities here are vast.

Cons

Like every family, the workplace has its share of drama but that's to be expected everywhere you go.

Medical Benefits were the best

Cons

Management played favorites. They let teenagers run the show while they hid in there offices. A real "you gotta be in the club" kinda place. If you didn't fit in, they got rid of you. They disliked older (older that 30 yr old) workers.
