Pros
As a sales executive, you can make good money. Percentages and bonuses will vary from site to site. Some project directors try to hit budget focusing on costs while others focus on sales. If the PD of your site focuses mostly on costs, it's usually the sales executives that take the hit financially.
Cons
You are asked to close at a certain percentage, but marketing will often send in unqualified tours and management doesn't care.
