Great Company... for the most part

Pros

When the company is doing well the employees are treated very well with terrific incentives, development opportunities and a genuine culture of growth and betterment for the employees.

Cons

When the $$ isn't flowing, all that goes out the window but they try to put on the facade that it still exists. It is not fun to be a manager/leader during times like this as you feel you are always faking it till you make it. For some this isn't hard.. but for those who are innately genuine it can be very tough.
