Good Company... until MAJOR change in C-Level (IT)

decent salary, good coworkers, and immediate leadership was great.

Cons

Change in IT top leadership, New CIO, lost the CISO, Heavy push for third party contracting vendor (offshoring). Sudden restructuring - Many IT Individuals will be out by Valentine's day.

Pros

MVC is a great company to work for especially as a first job right out of college. Great benefits, trainings, opportunities to cross train in different departments, etc.

Cons

Really the only negative is the pay, if you live in a resort town/city where the cost of living is extremely high but the state wide cost of living is not ... good luck affording everyday essentials.
