-pay is is great compared to other hotel properties -lots of pto is given every paycheck -typically offers flexible scheduling -discounts at Marriott hotels -pretty good benefits

Cons

-support is lacking if you’re put in an independent role -rules and guidelines change almost daily and routine is hard to keep -with constant changing rules, no one has a clear answer as to why so you don’t know how to explain to the guest -takes attendance extremely seriously -favoritism is prominent and prevents you from moving up -offers programs to learn more about other opportunities but there is a lack of organization to actually benefit the employee
