Great team to work for. Everyone has each other's back and management will bend over backwards for you. Great team chemistry. Everything you need to get a job done.

Cons

No advancement with in the pool department. Can not go up to Engineer 2 or 3. You have to move to another department to be able to advance to Engineer 2. Everyone is paid the same. No merit increases.
