Pros

Excellent insurance benefits. Free meals and uniforms. Paid time offs. You get paid attending trainings and treated like hotel guests with banquet meals. FEW genuine Managers and associates, mostly those who's been with the company all their lives.

Cons

Not being given the right tools during training. You basically have to learn from your own mistakes. Training new supervisor hiree by a front desk agent. Territorial Associates. Training mostly done by their fellow Front Desk agent who refuse to share their knowlege. A lot of negative conversations behind ones back by Supervisors and Managers. Front desk associates leaving their posts whenever they want to but passing their probationary status and being paid the same amount as their dedicated associates. Career growth seems to be favorable for Whites and Blacks. Silent racial discrimination is felt regardless of their fair treatment policy.

Pros

Flexible schedules - because they are open 24/7 Paid vacation Easy to switch schedules with other people. Some recognition of achievements.

Cons

Oppurtunity for advancement is a sham; the next level up was such a small pay increase and I would have lost my sales bonus - so the promotion ends up being a pay decrease. Company does not give you proper tools to do the job - if you like to pass the buck, this is the place for you. You will be on the night shift for a long time, years - permenant changes in schedule are impossible.
