      The job makes you use customer service and sales techniques to attain your daily quotas Script is flexible so you can personalize it the way you want The adherence policy is extremely liberal Benefits are phenomenal

      Business attire to work in a call center Very few distractions to break the tedium Cranky callers and no empowerment to fix issues

      Great company to work for but local management can make or break a person's experience of working for Marriott.

      Pros

      Great benefits and opportunity for advancement within Marriott International. Marriott International is a terrific company to work for provided local management is in keeping with the "Spirit" and "Ideals" of the company with respect to employee relations.

      Cons

      Experience at this particular Marriott was exasperating. Local management would often balance the budget on the backs of the night audit staff. Often only one night auditor for hotel with 325 rooms and no night supervisor. Recent change to pay everyone the same in a local area for the same job with only adjustments based on length of time in the job. No longer any acknowledgement excellence and personal achievement.
