I experienced all positive people with the exception of one.

Complacency runs at HQ. Many people have been in their job 10+ years and don't look to do anything different. Everyone wants to do "what was done last year". Stale environment. Hard to get any decision made without having 10 leaders give their opinion. Meetings about meetings. Leadership goes into meetings without having first looked over the presentation, then asking 10 follow up questions that are needed right that second. In addition to that, endless ad hoc work from ownerships as margins are declining. Favoritism and waiting your turn to get promoted is the only way to advance your career at HQ, work product is supplemental but takes a back seat.
