Staff was unprofessional, manager was distracted during training. I didn't learn anything working there.

Many special needs people benefit from what they do.

Cons

They were started with a good philosophy. But seems to have been lost. In that there is a set of rules handed to you. For you to follow. But another set of rules they make up as they go along to suit whatever personal desires they have at hand.. That has nothing to do with that good philosophy the company began with.
