They paint a wonderful picture during the interview process but once you are hired, it is NOTHING remotely close to what was expected.

Cons

No clearly laid out channels for (sensitive) communication, management (chain of command AND business directives), problem solving or handling sensitive information about internal employees AND clients.

It’s in the healthcare business which provides transportation for clinical trials which is helping prolong people’s lives

Cons

Poor management who do not have a clue how to turn the poor staffing situation around. Previous work history is not checked and anyone is employed even people not fit for purpose. Sickness and timekeeping is a joke, with little or no attempt to change the culture or set examples. In Marken if you are a worker, you are left to do everything and if you want to sit and do nothing, that’s ok. There is very little team spirit. As the management have no clue as to how much work is required and just leave you to it. There are people who’s abilities do not match their egos which does not allow for good teamwork.
