      Pros

      There are a lot of dedicated people here that are working for the right reasons - helping patients to get the medication they need.

      Cons

      The top of the org chart is incredibly toxic and is one of the worst leaders that I've ever worked with. Admitting mistakes and owning up to wrong decisions will earn much more respect than someone who doesn't.

      Pros

      My line manager was excellent — supportive, approachable, and genuinely valued my work. Interesting projects with potential for impact (within your own team).

      Cons

      Senior management was disconnected and not supportive. Very poor cross-departmental collaboration — silos everywhere. No opportunities for growth or salary increases, regardless of performance. Lack of recognition or incentives to stay long-term.
