      There is a really good team work and organized work, in LATAM region.

      Pros

      You are helping people in need although this does not always happen at Marken (shipments are lost and errors happen all the time).

      Cons

      Benefits from the company are sub-par. Management is clickish and promotions are solely based on favoritism. I would not recommend working at this company to my family or friends.

      Descent pay and paid on time. A few genuine people.

      Cons

      Benefits are subpar. No true time off. No real training. Sink or.swim mentality. Atmosphere is like being in High school. You have your clicks and teacher's favorite. Plantation Atmosphere. Look in the offices where upper management sits and look.out on the floor. Enough said.
