If you are brown or black skin please do not apply to any position in Marken. This is the worst company I have ever worked in my adult life. The Manager assigned to you will set up for failure and try to prove it to other team members that you are nothing. A participant stated I had language barrier while the only language I have know all my life is English language, I was stopped me from some activities and asked a white colleagues to do some part of my work that requires speaking to participant. It’s a very toxic environment to work. Horrible people to work with. There was a time in the company where 2-3 people would leave every blessed week.
