      -Great people within support roles and sales -Good services to offer to customers

      Cons

      -Leadership is a huge issue here. No ownership of what is broken needs fixed. -No accountability for anything or anyone -Unrealistic goals -Comp plan is a mess, if you get paid at all -ZERO onboarding for new hires -zero work life balance

      One of the horrible company I have worked for. If you worked here then try to let go of ur personal and family life. Manger will make you work even when u sick. No hospital appointments available when you work here. Treat you like a garbage. Tell you that you will lose your job and give you shifts without asking ur permission. Oh yell at you infornt of everyone. Manager want you to work their job to when they can go spend time with their dogs. Come to office the min you get out and ask you to stay or force you to stay overtime. Less money. Less respect.
