      A paycheck is about the only pro, but given the emotionally frantic leadership, there is zero job security.

      The executive leadership team is horrendously toxic. The way they treat people is absurd. The entire company is pure chaos and that behavior is driven from those leaders at the top. It’s all smoke and mirrors, meaning yes, they have “capabilities” they put on a marketing deck, but as soon as the client signs, it’s one band aid fix after another. They are pushing to lean out the company to save money with zero care about client impact. “Do more with less” is the mantra.
