Pros
A majority of your co-workers care and work very hard. Pay is good if you're just starting out in a role.
Cons
Upper management leaves something to be desired with a general lack of accountability between actions and words. Lots of regular and abrupt restructuring making it difficult to figure out who is still around to assist with daily tasks. Only 10 PTO days. They once took away the Christmas Eve holiday at 3pm the day before Christmas Eve and demanded everyone come into work. If not, you would use a PTO day or go unpaid for the day and receive a write-up for missing work.
