      Pros

      Remote work for some employees although that's recently changed.

      Cons

      Leadership continuously makes corporate decisions which undermine the ability of the boots on the ground people to do their jobs. They demand more every day but also remove resources. Most of my team have a foot out of the door already.

      During my time at Marken I worked with some incredible people who were very passionate about their jobs
