      Pros

      I like the company's vision. Friendly and helpful employees.

      Cons

      But I don't like the company culture. With this, they will lose many valuable employees. No career development. Favouritism. Lack of recognition and compensation.

      Toxic workplace with out of touch leadership

      Pros

      Technologically advanced and culturally diverse.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership which creates an unhealthy organizational culture and a fear of speaking up among all employees. The tallest nail gets the hammer. I was not welcome to express myself in any capacity, and any professional feedback was highly discouraged by intimidation and derision. Creativity and out of the box thinking were stamped out by this toxicity. The workload was unmanageably heavy and quickly led to burn out. No mobility or career advancement opportunities. Do not take a job here unless it is your last option. Your mental health with suffer and the work is thankless. Employee beware.
