Cons
Supervisor has an attitude problem and speaks to you as if you are incompetent. If you are a billing clerk, expect to work from 7 to midnight for month's end and weekends. During the interview they will tell you they only need you for a bit longer, but for month's end they work you until you see stars from staring at the screen all day. The staff will throw you under the bus if they have to. I had worked there for a few months and they hire people who will quit the same day from how horrible it is. They manager acts like he is doing you a favor for the low wages and will tell you no other place will hire you for the amount that they pay. The benefits they offer aren't even affordable for the wages that they pay. They exploit their workers and do not care. There is no opportunity to advance even though during the interview they will tell you there is. The staff in the billing department are miserable. Also, do not even consider to tell them you are considering to find another job elsewhere because they will make your life a living hell and you won't get hired unless you leave the city. The walls are thin and they will say negative things about you so you can't leave the company. I have never worked at a place where things are so horribly managed. I have never had a horrible experience at a job until I came to Marken.
