If you want a life, don't work here. I feel sorry for anyone not in upper management. Forget having actual working hours you are expected to be ready and able to work 24/7 but NOT with a salary to match. I have worked for large corporations before but this is by far the worst experience. Don't believe what you are told during the interview process, you are basically a cog in their machine and are given very little guidance. Make sure you are the right size and shape cog because if you are different in any way you are going to have a hard time. Anything negotiated before hire and agreed to by the company will disappear once you are hired. Some people work for a living and some people live for their work. Be ready to live only for work, cower to upper management like the other lowly workers and give up any thought of having time for your family.

Executive management has created a very toxic work culture and shows a disdain for their employees. Low morale and scared employees. There are executive members who have anger management issues. I witnessed management bragged about price gouging clinical trials. In addition, they have an elitist attitude and are a poor example. A do as I say and not as I do attitude. Turn over is astronomical. I saw several new employees leave before two weeks passed. H.R. is a joke and clueless too. If you are a professional seeking a company offering the basic level of professional respect and courtesy, then Marken is not the place for you. This is a sweat shop in today’s corporate America.
