Pros

Fun work environment and energy during events. Unionized roles provide solid pay and security, but also can be more challenging to get shifts when first starting out. Lowest levels of management are in a tough spot because they aren't Unionized, so often doing more for the same pay.

Cons

Compensation structure often sees the lowest levels of management earning less than those that they supervise.
