      Pros

      If you are lucky they could me you travel to other countries.

      Cons

      It’s a Spanish company so probably your boss will be from there. For Latinos I don’t think they pay enough: you probably have to work more hours than you should and they expected you to accept that.

      - The salary is below market - You are made to work almost 24 hours a day - Sometimes you don't get support from your team - You are forced to go to the company and to the client in person - You have projects with obsolete technologies -They offer projects to clients without knowing how they will be carried out and often put juniors to execute the project and exploit them.
