      Allows young professionals to enter into the consulting industry with very big clients as part of the portfolio of companies you can work with.

      Cons

      Irrelevant training, lack of focus and attention from management. Old-school ways of working. Lack of effective management training. Tick-the-box mentorship programmes that don't lead to anything.
